Administrative Matters as at 11 May 2008

Dear 3EArians

Please take note of the following:

1. EL File Check. Please bring all your EL files and Notebook on 12 May 2008 (Monday). You are to ensure that all your notes and assignments are filed in properly.

2. Please remember to submit your Meet The Parents Form to Afri or Elissa by tomorrow (12 May 2008, Monday).

3. Please also remember to pay $1 for May 2008 Birthday Celebration.

4. Class outing. Elissa will be in-charge of this coming class outing. She and half the class (first 2 groups nearest to the door) will organize this sem 1 outing. They will present the proposal by 15 May 2008 during the EL period.

5. Baoling will be in-charge of ensuring that the classroom is back in order on Monday.

2. You will be given a travel declaration form on 6 May 2008. Please return the completed form to Afriyanto or Elissa on 7 May 2008 immediately after the last paper for the day.
